So this week was week 2 of the homeschooling the kids and it is really neat to get to see them learning first hand. To see them learning to read and math and writing is so cool. Both of them are doing very well and growing everyday, they do get tired of being at home all day but Robert has been taking them to his afternoon practice to help break up the day. I hope that Lainey will be in school this week at a bi-lingual school that is run by an American. Its a really amazing school but its kind of expensive so we have been having some talks with the team to figure it all out. Cooper won't start until the beginning of there school year (February) because they have to create another class in his age group. Anyway I think its all going good and both the kids are doing well, Lainey has several girl friends that she spends weekends with. We need to get Cooper in school ASAP to get him some friends too, all the kids on the team are all girls. Here are a few pics from the week and weekend...Miss you all!
Last night we had some friends over and Robert made a wonderful orange chicken with rice dinner. Then we played Uno and we didn't just didn't play against each other we played boy vs. girls and the girls of course won 7-6!!!! Such a fun night!
Saturday before people came over Lainey spent all morning cleaning and organizing her room. Then she went to say the night with a friend and before she left she made the picture for Robert and I and left it on our bed! She also did a picture for Cooper. She is so thoughtful, she know Cooper gets so sad when she leaves.
Big moment for Cooper...He learned to tie his shoe!!!
The kids school wall, they are loving art time.
